Hoyle, Tanner assisted the Rollinsford Water & Sewer District in developing an asset management plan for its water supply and distribution system which consists of approximately 50,000 feet of water mains, 2 bedrock wells, one gravel packed well and a 750,000 gallon storage tank. The project was funded 50 percent through a Public Water System Asset Management Planning Grant from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. Through the use of a web based asset management program, Hoyle, Tanner helped develop GIS mapping, schedule comprehensive preventative maintenance, develop emergency tracking and response, and structure financial forecasting and customer service tracking. Addressing these challenges will allow the Rollinsford Water & Sewer District to assess risks, understand deficiencies, meet regulatory requirements, and plan for future financial needs in order to meet the desired level of service of the District.
