Project Summary
Hoyle, Tanner is providing civil engineering design services to develop traffic and pedestrian circulation improvements within the Dr. Christos Daoulas Education Complex (aka Dracut High School Complex) as a means of reducing traffic overflow onto Lakeview Avenue. The school complex consists of two elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school served by a primary access road and a limited number of buses. Preliminary design concepts were developed using drone footage to determine traffic and pedestrian tendencies, and stakeholder input to determine staff and site capacity.
