If Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. does not have a staffing or placement agreement with an organization the mere receipt of an unsolicited email does not constitute an agreement of any sort and does not create an obligation on Hoyle Tanner’s part. Hoyle Tanner will not pay a fee to a recruiter or placement firm unless there is a signed agreement between that firm and with an authorized representative of Hoyle Tanner (e.g., CEO or Director of Human Resources).
