Hoyle, Tanner's experienced construction administration personnel handle complete administration and quality control inspection on projects of all sizes and complexity, with construction values ranging from several thousand to several million dollars. Hoyle, Tanner generally handles the entire construction project, from bidding through final inspection, although in some cases, our services have been limited to specific construction phase activities required by our client.

The majority of our construction projects involve state and/or federal funding, and we are familiar with the specific rules and regulations involving quality control, record keeping requirements, and the funding reimbursement procedures.

Hoyle, Tanner is also very familiar with state and federal contract requirements and has extensive experience with developing plans and specifications for bridges. Hoyle, Tanner's "design though construction" experience enables us to review plans and specifications for constructability, schedule, and claims avoidance. Our professional staff also has extensive experience in reviewing contract changes both from an engineering and a cost standpoint and can be made available for advice and training with regard to contract administration.

Hoyle, Tanner is staffed to handle construction projects, from bidding through final inspection. Inasmuch as most of our construction projects involve Federal and/or State funding, Hoyle, Tanner is well versed in not only the best standard engineering practice, but also with specific rules and regulations pertaining to quality control and the required record keeping.
