Hoyle, Tanner's civil engineering work is directed toward the study, inspection, design, rehabilitation, construction administration, and resident engineering elements of projects including public works facilities, schools, parks, corporate/industrial/commercial facilities, housing developments, roads and streets, bridges, sanitary sewer and water systems, as well as solid waste, storm drainage and other utility systems.

Hoyle, Tanner offers a broad range of professional services to both private developers and public works facilities. This broad range of services stems from our experience in all aspects of facilities planning and civil engineering. This comprehensive experience includes not only the obvious site layout and development features but also evaluation of existing utilities and traffic impacts; design of drainage/flood control facilities; wetlands mitigation and knowledge of existing local, state and federal rules and regulations affecting such development.

We also have extensive experience working successfully in association with architects, landscape architects and other specialized consultants. This experience is particularly effective in forging the development of somewhat diverse interests into a cohesive approach to project planning, design and construction.
