Hoyle, Tanner Awarded VTrans Three Year Reselection

We are pleased to announce our re-selection by the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTRans) to provide general engineering services for the next three years. 

The goals for each specific project remain consistent - to ensure that the proper alternative is ultimately selected for further development, meeting the objectives of obtaining consensus from the public, community stakeholders, and VTrans while minimizing impacts to sensitive resource areas, Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) and costs.

Hoyle, Tanner has been servicing VTrans under a general service retainer contract that was initiated in November of 2004.  Under this contract, we have completed and/or are currently working on the following assignments

Ø      Royalton – Route 107 Park and Ride Facility

Ø      Hartland – Hartland Park and Ride

Ø      Putney – Putney Park and Ride

Ø      East Fairfield - East Fairfield Covered Bridge

Ø      Montgomery – Hutchins Covered Bridge

Ø      Randolph – Kingsbury Covered Bridge

Ø      Middlebury – Pulp Mill Covered Bridge

Ø      City of Barre - Proposed Improvements VT14 & Merchant Street

Ø      Weathersfield – Park and Ride

This selection is an important one, not only for project potential, but more importantly as a reflection of the continued confidence the VTrans has in Hoyle, Tanner.  This confidence is also exhibited by the fact that a major share of our work is performed for clients with whom we have had an ongoing working relationship, a quality and reputation we are proud and committed to continue.
