At the March Annual Meeting of Hoyle, Tanner’s Stockholders and Board of Directors, elections held promotions for several key employees. 

Mark B. Zydel, P.E. was promoted to Vice President.  Mark has been with Hoyle, Tanner for a year and a half and has been working in the capacity of Director of Business Development. 

Douglas N. Norman, E.I., Principal-in-Charge in our Oviedo, FL office; Julie R. Roberts, Manager/HR & Administration; Christopher R. Mulleavey, P.E., Senior Transportation Engineer; and Paul R. Clinghan, P.E., Senior Project Manager, were all promoted to Senior Vice President.
