Airport Engineer, Matthew T. O'Brien is the newest P.E. in the Aviation Services Group having successfully applied for and passed the Maine Professional Engineering examination.

Matt’s career at Hoyle, Tanner began in 2009 after earning his BSCE from Roger Williams University in 2007.  His experience includes: stormwater infrastructure, utility and sanitary collection system designs; roadway design and layout; hydraulic and hydrologic analysis; and quantity estimating. He is proficient with survey instruments, equipment and data, as well as working with computer modeling using AutoCAD Land Development Desktop, Microsoft Office, HydroCAD, and StormCAD.
