On behalf of the stockholders and directors of Hoyle, Tanner, President James D. Boothroyd, P.E. recently announced ownership changes including new stockholders.

The firm’s vision statement includes its intent to retain continued internal employee ownership of the company.  In keeping with that vision, the stockholders and directors agreed to further broaden ownership of the company through a stock offering this year, which was recently completed.
