Glenn Meadows, P.E. and William Davidson, P.E. Join Portsmouth Branch

Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc.’s Portsmouth office is growing with the addition of Structural Engineering Manager, Mr. Glenn Meadows, P.E. and Senior Civil Engineer, Mr. William R. Davidson, P.E.

Glenn is a Civil Engineering graduate of the University of New Hampshire.  He has over fourteen years experience as a structural engineer, seven of which as owner of a ten person structural engineering firm in Portsmouth. He also has seventeen years as a software engineer working for a wide variety of companies and applications including those relating to GIS and document management. His structural background includes high-rise designs in Boston, Arizona, and California and includes skills as a construction manager serving as an owner’s representative on many projects.

Bill is a Civil Engineering graduate of New England College with over fourteen years of direct experience in civil engineering.  His background includes concepts, subdivisions, site design, drainage, utility and roadway design, as well as estimating, construction specifications, support calculations and construction administration on a variety of municipal, residential, commercial and industrial projects.  Bill has twelve years of supervisory experience on land development projects and has coordinated closely with local, state, and federal officials to obtain permits for successful projects.
