Hoyle, Tanner is proud to announce that the firm has been selected by the City of Crystal River, Florida to provide professional engineering services for the next three years.  Crystal River is a coastal community in West Central Florida known for its pristine river access to the Gulf of Mexico and the population of the endangered manatee that reside in the river. The community is vibrant with many festivals which attract visitors from throughout the United States and abroad.  The City has long-range plans to improve the waterfront areas and protect water quality, which is so important to the quality of life for both residents and visitors.

Services to be provided to the City include environmental engineering for their water production and distribution system, their wastewater collection and treatment facility, and stormwater collection and treatment.  Civil engineering services will include addressing drainage issues, improvements to the City’s roadways, improvement and expansion of parking facilities, and improvements and expansions to the City’s park system.  Hoyle, Tanner will be assisting the City in identifying, and applying for, funding opportunities on all projects.  We will also provide permitting and regulatory issue assistance with State and Federal agencies.  Structural engineering services will be provided as needed under this contract.
