ENGINEER/OFFICE MANAGER:  Professional engineer to manage our Westborough, Massachusetts Office.  The successful candidate will oversee our group of talented engineers serving municipalities throughout New England.  Responsibilities include office and personnel management, budgeting, project management and business development.  Ideal candidate will have BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a record of increasing responsibility with consulting engineering firms including project, client and personnel management with emphasis on business and client development.  Strong written and verbal communications skills required with an understanding of problems faced by municipal utility managers.
